By accessing or using threatresq.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These terms apply to the website itself, the free tools described below, and the TIARA assistant — not to any paid engagement, which is governed by a separately signed services agreement that controls in case of conflict.

2. The free tools are illustrative, not certified

The Cyber Risk Score Calculator and Breach Cost Estimator produce illustrative, directional estimates based on the inputs you provide and a simplified scoring model — they are not a certified risk assessment, an audit finding, or a guarantee of any outcome. A real security posture assessment requires far more signal than a handful of questions. Don't rely on a calculator result as the sole basis for a security, compliance, or business decision.

3. TIARA is AI-generated

TIARA is an AI assistant. Its answers, including any product recommendations or compliance explanations, are generated by a language model and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. TIARA's output does not constitute legal, compliance, or professional cybersecurity advice. For anything that will inform a real decision, verify with a member of our team or your own advisors.

4. No professional advice

Nothing on this Site — including case studies, product pages, compliance content, or the tools above — constitutes legal, financial, or professional cybersecurity advice. Engaging us for a paid service is the appropriate path for advice you intend to rely on.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or overload the Site's rate limits, forms, or security controls;
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract Site content without our written permission;
• Use the Contact form, lead forms, or TIARA to submit false information, spam, or malicious input;
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, product names, and the underlying software — is owned by Threat ResQ Technologies or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share Site content for your own evaluation purposes; you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from it without permission.

This limitation does not apply to obligations under a separately signed services agreement, which governs paid engagements on its own terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last reviewed” date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
